Jack has been through times both good and bad. Sometimes serious, often silly, this work passes from reminiscing about the past to meditations on the present to hoping about the future, all the while presenting it in a way every person can relate to.

Momma's Boy

I’m as tough
As tough can be
All my friends
Are afraid of me
I yell and kick
I scream and punch
I beat-up sissies
Just for lunch
I’m mean and green
I always win
The kids all say
Stay far from him
I howl and laugh
When people run
I love to see me
Spoil their fun
I can’t believe
The things I do
I scare myself
I’d scare you, too
I’m big and tough
As tough can be
But gotta run --
Momma’s calling me!
